Everyone performs their assigned tasks by way of learned behaviors, some of these behaviors are unsafe due to practices that were the "norm" before safety was introduced into the industry or lack of knowledge about safety.
People can only change the way they perform their job if they change the behaviors behind the actions.
This class demonstrates how to foster change in behaviors by demonstrations, and examples through an enjoyable look into personalities and learned behaviors.
